Three fingers and a thumb

This bald male went to the lake the other weekend. I remembered to put sunscreen on my head and take a hat. I didn’t think to put sunscreen on anywhere else. My niece fell asleep on me and now I have 3 fingers and a thumb impression on a red arm.
